Payment for the tokens (1 token = 1 cover letter) will be processed through the payment method you provide during registration. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1.6 Late Payments
If you fail to pay any amount due under these Terms, we may suspend your access to the Website.
1.7 Disputes and Refunds
We made sure that customers are only charged a token once a cover letter is served. There are no recurring payments and tokens don't expire. Additionally, upon sign-up, our customers receive one free token to try our product first. Therefore, in general, and due to the nature of the product, the product is nonrefundable. If you still had a reason to dispute any charges, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the date of the charge by sending an email to support@coverwraiter.com.
